A detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ), including architectural support requirements is embedded below (use the arrows at the top left of the document to change pages).

The document has been developed with the help of many, including outside experts. We have attempted to include all local architects on the list that the RFQ will be sent to. The RFQ will also be sent to select regional and national architects recommended to us as having the requisite experience and will also be posted on select sites used for this purpose. If any community member wants to add an architectural firm to our list after reviewing the RFQ, please contact our offices (office@ohsny.org or 631-323-2480). All responses received by the stated deadline will be carefully screened, rated and ranked, and finalists will be interviewed before a selection is made.
